Jana Greenhalgh - Board Member

Jana Greenhalgh has been involved in family history since her youth.  She graduated from BYU in 2003 with a BA in Genealogy/Family History.  Her research emphasis was British Isles but she enjoys research in U.S. and Scandinavian records, and has a rich Utah heritage.  She is currently an adjunct faculty member for BYU-Idaho's online family history degree program, and she delights to be a part of the ever-growing world of genealogy education.
Jana and her husband Brent reside in Lehi, Utah with their six young children.  Jana is very passionate about involving children of all ages in family history.  She blogs with her kids at www.thegenealogykids.blogspot.com and was recently an Ambassador for the RootsTech 2016 conference in Salt Lake City.  Jana is very interested in any effort to expand the genealogy community to include children.  She is also enthusiastic about educating parents & grandparents to find simple ways to make family history a part of everyday life.
