CeCe Moore will present "Making History with Genetic Genealogy." CeCe, who is course coordinator for the DNA Boot Camp: Practical Application, notes that with genetic genealogy, we are often "both rewriting and making history at the same time."
DNA, genetic genealogists, family trees, and other technologies have played a giant role in rewriting and making history of late. In her presentation, CeCe will share some behind-the-scenes insights on recent cases - from the Finding Your Roots LL Cool J case to the triple foundling case broadcast on 20/20. Join us to hear "the rest of the story."

Runs Tuesday through Friday
Departs in front of the Hilton; drops and picks up in front of the Family History Library
We realize that researching at the Family History Library is a key part of your SLIG experience. The FHL is a short 3-block walk, but then Salt Lake City blocks are not very "short" (each one equals 1/8 mile). Therefore, SLIG runs shuttles daily, Tuesday through Friday, for all scheduled labs and consultations as well as after class until the FHL closes at 9:00 pm. The shuttle ends Friday at 6:00 pm to avoid conflict with the closing banquet.
