Reservation Instructions
Please note the differences in room types and locations before booking.
 
Instructions:
  1. Please make only one reservation in your name.
  2. Please review the guidelines and policies on the Lodging Information page before completing this form.
  3. If you have problems with PayPal; do not create a duplicate reservation; email UGA for assistance.
  4. The "Room Availability" chart below indicates dates and room types available at present.
  5. Select the type of room first.
  6. Enter number of guests, followed by roommate names, if known. 
  7. Enter requests for accessibility, billing split, and HHonors numbers in the “Special Requests” section.
  8. If there are room nights you need - front end, back end - that you were unable to capture, add that to special requests.
  9. Please print or save a copy of the confirmation page (provided online and sent by email).
  10. If you pay your deposit with PayPal, you will also receive a separate receipt from PayPal.
  11. If you elect to pay your deposit by check, it must arrive within 10 days of the date you make the reservation.
  12. Questions, concerns, changes, or requests for nights not available may be sent to SLIG Hospitality.

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY section – change to Cancellation/Penalties
 
Refund of the first night’s deposit ($139 Hilton) and any other pre-payments made toward the lodging balance, will be provided if cancellation is received by 11:59 pm MT December 15, 2017.  Cancellation after that date or failure to check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit as well as the room. The reservation service fee ($5) in not refundable.
 
A change of departure/check-out date made after check-in will result in a fee of $65 assessed by the hotel.  Please make sure you review your reservation carefully and make any adjustments prior to that time.
 
Please note that cancellation of a reservation results in cancellation for all parties involved.  Therefore, if you are sharing the room, and the other parties still need the room, please contact us to transfer the reservation rather than cancel the room.
