Can I register for only one day of the Virtual Conference?

Yes, we offer three registration options:

  • Option 1: DNA Tuesday
  • Option 2: Virtual Wednesday
  • Option 3: Combined DNA Tuesday & Virtual Wednesday

Syllabus and Recordings

When will I receive my syllabus?

Links to syllabus material will be sent out on the Monday prior to the conference to all registered participants who are paid in full. You are authorized to download and save, but not share the material.

My car had a flat tire and I missed the live broadcast! Now what?

One of the benefits of this virtual conference is unlimited access to the recorded presentations until October 26, 2019--that is a full 30 days to listen again and solidify new concepts.

How soon will the recordings be available to access?

Recordings will be available within 3 days following the end of the conference. You will be able to access them as desired through October 26, 2019.

Fees and Policies

How much does it cost to register for the Virtual Conference?

Option 1: DNA Day (Tuesday only)

  • General Public - $25
  • UGA Member - $20

Option 2: Virtual Conference (Wednesday only)

  • General public -$40
  • UGA Member - $35

Option 3: DNA Tuesday and Virtual Wednesday (combined)

  • General Public - $60 ($5 discount)
  • UGA Member - $50 ($15 discount)

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations received by 11:59 pm, 31 August 2019, will receive a full refund less an administration fee as follows: DNA Night, $5; Virtual Conference, $15; Combined DNA Day & Conference, $20. After that date, no refund will be provided. Electronic syllabus and virtual access will be provided for the full conference period.

How do I pay the Conference Registration fee?

The preferred payment method is through the secure PayPal option on our website. Registration is open until September 21, 2019, if payment is made through PayPal or with a credit card.

Personal checks will also be accepted, but only upon the following conditions:

  • Payment must be received within 10 days of registration, or by September 14, 2019—whichever comes first—or the reservation will be cancelled and access to the broadcast will be denied.
  • Checks must be received in our post office box by September 14th to allow time for processing and for the payment to clear the bank. Checks received after the stated deadline will not be accepted or processed.

Does UGA store my payment information?

No, UGA does not store any banking or credit card information concerning payments made to the Association for Conferences, Institutes, or Membership fees. All of that is handled through PayPal.
